The March Towards Armageddon & The End Times
Sonny Bowman's research over many years produced the chart above, based on the prophecies in Daniel and The Book of Revelation, provides a useful overview of what can otherwise seem complicated for the ordinary reader. It outlines the main phases of the march towards the final battle between the kingdom of God and the forces of Satan, which culminates in the destruction of the enemy forces and the inauguration of the eternal kingfom of God in the creation of a new heaven and a new earth.
Scripture does not give us a detailed timeline for events leading up to the arrival of the man of lawlessness described by Paul in 2 Thessalonians Chapter 2, which Jesus said only God the Father knows (Matthew Chapter 24). But both Jesus and Paul (2 Timothy 3) warn of a time of increasing chaos and lawlessness as the arrival of the Antichrist approaches.
